The product warranty period is 1 year from the date of delivery. (Note : Consumable accessories including cartridges, styluses are not covered under this warranty.) When requesting warranty service, customers are required to present the official authenticity sticker along with a purchase receipt. The purchase receipt must include the retailer's validation, such as the date of purchase and the retailer's name. We highly recommend taking and storing a screenshot of your purchase history (receipt) for verification purposes.

Although this product is designed for safety, improper use may lead to accidents. Please follow all warnings and precautions during use to ensure your safety. Important Notes Warning: Keep the device away from water and dampness to prevent the risk of fire or electric shock.
Precautions:

• To prevent electric shock, do not open the casing.
