SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Shipping Times
For in‑stock items: Orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, Australia within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia.
For Seoul Saver / pre-order items: we first place a consolidated order with our suppliers, receive the stock, and then dispatch your order to you. Estimated dispatch time for these orders will be shown on the product page or at checkout (for example “estimated dispatch in 2-4weeks”), and may vary depending on supplier schedules and release dates.
If your order contains both in‑stock and Seoul Saver / pre-order items, we may ship everything together once all items have arrived at our warehouse, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia. International shipping may be available upon request – please contact us for more information before placing an order.
Shipping Costs
Express Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order. Any available options (e.g. standard or express) will be displayed at checkout.
Get free standard shipping on all orders. Seoul Saver items are special-order products we source directly from Korea; your order will be sent once everything has arrived (estimated 3–4 week turnaround).
Pre-Order items are special-order products we source directly from Korea; your order will be sent once the album/item has been released (estimated 3–4 week turnaround from release date).
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Click & Collect
We offer a convenient Click & Collect option for local customers. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours.
As we’re a family-run business, please contact us to arrange a suitable collection time that works best for you.
Local Delivery (Temporarily not available)
We offer free local delivery for orders within a 30km radius of Bonnyrigg. This service applies to standard ground shipments during business hours, with delivery typically completed within 2-5 business days—PO boxes are not accepted for local deliveries. No signature is required upon receipt. Once delivery has been completed, the goods are at the customer's risk, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their safe keeping. Customers outside this zone may incur standard freight charges based on distance and order size. We are not responsible for delays due to site access issues or customer unavailability.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery (such as delays, missing parcels or damage in transit), please contact us at kpopculture@outlook.com with your order number and details. We will work with our delivery partners to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
