What are new items?
New items are brand-new, unopened stock that we hold locally in Sydney, sourced only from trusted, official K-pop distributors so you can shop with confidence. Every album, photocard set, and piece of merch is 100% authentic.
Because these items are already in our Sydney location, you’ll enjoy faster dispatch and reliable local shipping without the long waits of overseas orders.
Do albums include all original inclusions (photocards, posters, etc.)?
For New & Pre-Order items, we do our best to ensure all product descriptions clearly state which inclusions are expected (such as photocards, posters, pre-order benefits, or other extras), so you know exactly what you’re getting. In some cases, pre-order benefits may have expired or limited bonuses may no longer be supplied by the manufacturer, and in those instances the standard version of the product will be shipped instead. If any description is ever incorrect or unclear, we’ll work with you to make it right in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
How long before I can expect to receive my order?
At times, some “New” items may already be on the way from our Korean suppliers but available to purchase on our site as incoming stock. In these cases, dispatch from Sydney may be delayed while we wait for that shipment to arrive, which can add extra time on top of the usual 2–5 business day delivery window. We’ll always do our best to show any expected delays on the product page, and if there are significant changes to the ETA, we’ll contact you with an update and options.
Please also note the release date of your chosen item, as this can add an extra 1–2 weeks for it to reach us in Sydney before we can dispatch it to you.
Can I return or refund an item I've purchased?
You sure can, in certain situations. For New in-stock items, your purchase is covered by our Refunds Policy, which explains when change-of-mind returns are allowed and the conditions (such as timeframes and unopened/unused items). Pre-Loved, Pre-Order, and Seoul Saver items generally are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but you are always entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty or significantly not as described. What if I can't find an item on your site?
If you can’t find a specific album, photocard, or piece of merch on our site, please reach out to us via our contact form or social channels and let us know what you’re looking for. We’re always adding new stock and, where possible, will try to source your requested item through our trusted suppliers or include it in a future restock or Seoul Saver order.

What are pre-order items?
Explore upcoming K-pop releases from groups like BTS, TWICE, and Stray Kids in our Pre-Order option—secure your copy before official release, setting it apart from our instantly shippable New In-Stock items, Pre-Loved finds, or delayed Korea Direct options. Lock in authentic albums and merch at launch-day prices without sell-out stress, ideal for dedicated collectors planning ahead. Pre-orders ship promptly upon arrival in Australia, typically within 2-5 days of release for quick addition to your shelf.
Do I get the pre-order benefits with my order?
We will do our best to fulfill all pre-order requests to ensure our customers receive any available pre-order benefits or bonuses. However, these are subject to availability from the manufacturer or distributor and may be limited or changed without notice. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee the inclusion of pre-order benefits. If pre-order benefits are unavailable, the standard version will still be supplied without discounts or cancellations solely due to pre-order benefits missing.
Benefits are first-come, first served from our supplier and never guaranteed, even if shown in images.
Please note that pre-order items are offered in limited quantities, and we may place a cap on the number of orders we can accept for certain releases. Once our allocation is sold out or we reach our internal limit, pre-orders for that item will close, even if the official release is still upcoming.

For Pre-Order and Seoul Saver items, specific versions or random variants are usually allocated to us by the distributor, so you won’t be able to select a guaranteed version (e.g. Version A/B/C) at checkout. If you have a preferred version, you’re welcome to email us with your order number and request, and we’ll do our best to choose it when packing your order, but we cannot promise that your preferred version will be available or supplied.
How long does shipping take?
Please note that delivery timeframes for pre-order items can vary and are dependent on the manufacturer’s release and dispatch schedule. Once dispatched from the manufacturer, delivery to customers may take up to 4 weeks. All dates provided are estimates only and are subject to change without prior notice.
From us to you: once your order arrives in Australia and is dispatched, delivery is usually 2-5 business days.
All release and arrival dates are estimates, may be postponed by the distributor or label, and pre-orders cannot be cancelled due to such external delays.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Once you place a pre-order, it is final and subject to our Refunds Policy. Pre-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellations, refunds, or exchanges, as we reserve stock specifically for your order. What is Pre-Loved?

How does the grading system work?
KPOP Culture employs a grading system for pre-loved K-pop albums, light sticks and miscellaneous items (not including photo cards) ranging from 10 (opened but immaculate) to 1 (heavily damaged with missing items), designed to give customers a clear sense of condition and what they're getting. Factors like minor missing pieces can still result in a high score for otherwise very good albums.
Customers should apply their own judgment before purchasing, as these pre-loved items are sold as-is with accurate descriptions provided to reflect true condition transparently. By purchasing a pre-loved item, you acknowledge that signs of wear (including age-related wear on outer packing) and minor imperfections are expected.
Ultimately, buyers decide based on photos, details, and personal standards whether an item meets their expectations.
Will the item I receive match what I see on the site?
Product images for our pre-loved items are for illustrative purposes only and may not show the exact copy you will receive. As these are pre-owned and resealed as part of our processing, the actual album or merch may differ in condition, appearance, or packaging from the example image, and minor wear or variations should be expected.
Our photocard images are scanned directly from the actual cards so you can see the exact version and member you’re purchasing. However, colours and brightness may appear slightly different on screen due to scanning, lighting, and individual device settings, so small variations between the scanned image and the physical card are normal and should be expected.
How do I know what I’m getting with Pre-Loved items?
For every pre-loved item, we research what the product originally came with when bought new, then clearly list the actual inclusions (and anything missing) in the description so you know exactly what’s included. We use sourced/reference images for display only, and instead of photos of each individual item, we rely on detailed written notes about condition and contents so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.
Can I refund a pre-loved item?
No refunds or exchanges accepted on pre-loved items.
What is the shipping timeframe?
Your package will arrive within 2-5 business days from the day your order is placed. If you purchase an item from our Seoul Saver collection, your pre-loved items will be shipped separately.

What is Seoul Saver?
Seoul Saver is a special way to secure authentic K‑pop albums and merch at a discounted price, separate from our New, Pre-Loved and standard Pre-Order options. It works similarly to a pre-order: we collect customer orders, then source the stock in batches at a lower cost, passing those savings on to you. Because these items are brought in especially for Seoul Saver, they are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds or exchanges, except where required under Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty or significantly not as described.
How long is delivery for Seoul Saver items?
Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks from the time you place your order for Seoul Saver items to be ready to ship from Sydney; all timeframes are estimates and may change without notice. Once your Seoul Saver items are in our Sydney location and dispatched, you can expect delivery within our usual 2–5 business day domestic shipping window. By choosing Seoul Saver, you agree to these extended timeframes and understand that standard change-of-mind refunds or exchanges are not available for these orders, except where required under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or significantly not as described.
What happens if I purchase an item that's in stock in Sydney & an item through Seoul Saver option?
If your order includes both New or Pre-Loved items stored in Sydney and a Seoul Saver item, your Sydney stock will usually ship first under our normal 2–5 business day timeframe. Your Seoul Saver item will be dispatched once it arrives and is ready to ship from Sydney, so you may receive your order in separate packages and at different times.

If a Seoul Saver item you’ve ordered cannot be secured or faces significant delays, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with an updated ETA or alternative options. If the new timeframe or alternatives don’t work for you, you’ll be offered a full refund for the affected item, nice and simple.
